General meetings are held via Zoom on the third or fourth Wednesday of alternate months.
Meeting Dates for 2026:
28 Jan 2026 - 7 p.m.
25 Mar 2026 - 7 p.m.
27 May 2026 - 7 p.m.
22 Jul 2026 - 7 p.m.
23 Sep 2026 - 7 p.m.
2 Dec 2026 - 7 p.m.
Four to six times a year in-person meetups are held in conjunction with regional archives.
Zoom chats are held on select Monday evenings at 7 p.m. and Thursday from noon to 1 p.m.
Second Tuesday is a lunch & learn series held the second Tuesday of the month at 12 noon.
Tech Exchange study group takes place the first or second Sunday of the month at 7 p.m.
FORGEN study group is usually the third or fourth Sunday of the month at 7 p.m.
Accreditation Station support group for members seeking accreditation is first & third Monday of the month at 7 p.m.
